Bordeaux
Château des Romains, Bordeaux Supérieur, 2020

Produced by a family-owned winery near Saint-Emilion, France. This château has been creating wines for several generations. Their 35 year old vines are planted in clay and limestone soil on a picturesque hillside and provide mature berries with roundness and structure required for this luscious red blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. They practice sustainable agriculture on their 35 hectares and do a short pruning to reduce yields and obtain the highest quality berries. The modernized winery combines technology with long-held traditions such as long maceration periods and natural yeasts.

Ruby red in color with aromas of ripe fruit. A generous wine with notes of black and red fruits. Full-bodied, balanced, dense with tannins, rich with an intense velvety finish.

Bordeaux
L’Amour Toujours, Blanc Sec

Produced by a family-owned winery and merchant based in Saint-Emilion, in the Bordeaux region located in southwestern France. Although 85% of the region is planted with red grapes, Bordeaux also produces some of the most coveted white wines on the planet.

This refreshing white Vin de France is a traditional Bordeaux blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. Yellow in color with a delightful perfume with citrus and white flower aromas. The Sauvignon Blanc brings notes of green fruit and the Sémillon provides notes of rich apple. Harmonious and well-balanced flavors. Fresh and gourmet.

Burgundy
Alexandre Gauvin, Chablis, 2022

Alexandre Gauvin is a prestigious winemaker who produces great wines in the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits areas of Burgundy, France. He grows several grape varieties in diverse soil types, exposures and altitudes providing him many options to ensure each of his wines expresses its ultimate potential. His philosophy is to produce the highest quality grapes with as little intervention as possible.

This elegant pale yellow wine is 100% Chardonnay from his own vineyards. Whole bunch pressed and aged for 6 to 9 months in stainless steel tanks. It is fruity and fresh with a mineral structure.

Provence
Dupéré Barrera, Cuvée India, Rosé, 2022

This eco-conscious husband and wife team of enologists, Dupéré and Barrera, adhere to organic methods and biodynamic practices. Everything is done by hand, from harvesting to bottling.The fruit for this special rosé is sourced from 300m altitude vineyards in the Bandol region of Provence, France where the sea provides humidity and the south facing slopes benefit from the Mistral winds ensuring the vines remain disease-free.

A blend of 60% Mourvèdre and 40% Petite Syrah with a perfumed spice nose. Rich and full in the mouth. Its natural acidity balances the blend, bringing out citrus fruits and red currant flavors. It is a complex wine, offering pure fruit but with elegance and a rich lingering finish.
